Members Only Art Exchange
The Art Exchange occurs every other month, on the 2nd Sunday & Monday,
from 11am to 2pm.
​There are no exchanges over the Summer (June - August). ​​​​​​​
Please note... Members must log 12 volunteer hours to participate. ​
This does not apply for the exchanges occurring in January, since volunteer hours refresh with the calendar year.​ All following exchanges will require that volunteer hours are documented.

3-D & Halls of Art Exchange
Occurs in the front Gallery.
Each artist member is allowed to bring in 3 pieces of 3-D art (free standing art pieces).
Up to 5 prints are allowed to be displayed in the hallways for up to 6 months.
All pieces must be clean, dust free, and wired for hanging.

Gift Shop Exchange
Occurs in the Gift Shop behind the Docent Desk.
Artists can bring 10 art pieces and/or 10 greeting cards for each exchange session.
Artists are responsible for tagging and pricing their work, and making sure all gift shop submissions are added to the sales book for tracking.

​​​Member Art Sales
All sales will be managed and transacted by WHAM Art Association. WHAM retains 25% of all member art sales. Checks are issued on the 15th of the month following the sale, and will be available at the Docent desk during normal business hours.

For example: your art piece sold on July 4, so the check will be available on Aug 16.​
